Rivit sr.l. offers RIV536, the hydropneumatic tool for blind rivets, featuring an extremely small, rotating, angular head, which makes possible the installation of blind rivets in difficult-to reach and blind-sided parts.

When projecting the new tool, Rivit has given top priority to the small dimensions of the head, to ensure every possibility of reaching confined spaces. On the other hand, this resulted in the sacrifice of the suction system of the mandrel. Consequently the rivets must be loaded manually and the mandrel is then expelled by force of gravity from the front of the tool, rather than the rear as is common.

This model complements the Rivit range of tools, providing a satisfactory answer to all those who want a small tool performing extreme handiness and great versatility.As a matter of fact, the head can rotate 360°( horizontal) and can be oriented in several positions from 0° to 180° (vertical), facilitating the installation of the rivet at any angle.

RIV536 can place standard blind rivets, all alloys up to diameter 4.8, and it is fitted with 4 nosepieces for diameters 2.4 – 3.0/3.2 – 3.4/4.0 – 4.8.
