Speed rivets in cartridge

The Rivit rivets in cartridge, BR series, are fastening systems used for high speed and repetitive riveting and they result to be perfect for light fasteners.

A substantial reduction of costs for installation can be achieved if using rivets in cartridge instead of welding, general ironmongery or traditional blind rivets.
They are inserted in a cartridge which can hold 24 to 58 pieces, according to rivets diameter and length. They are to be strung on a proper rod, ready now to be used. This system guarantees a considerable assembly time saving, and thanks to their adaptability they are perfect to be used in the automated assembly lines.

Rivit proposes different types of rivets in cartridge: aluminum body and dome head; stainless steel body and dome head; aluminum body and countersunk head; zinc coated steel body and countersunk head.

This fastening system offers considerable benefits in terms of costs reduction, high speed assembly and versatility.
