CONTROLRIV: power and control

CONTROLRIV is the control system for blind rivets and rivet nuts, designed to improve their placing.

Rivit is previewing CONTROLRIV, the control system for blind rivets and rivet nuts, to improve and to make more efficient their placing.

The unit must be connected to the tool, and then the operator must set the working standards; while working the unit must be well-timely checked in order to avoid mistakes and oversights, to improve productivity and quality of work, and to obtain a reduction in rejects.

The unit is designed with an easy to understand display, and also with easy to use procedures to set and keep monitored the activities through few steps; it features many important functions such as the piece-counter and the lot-counter, files of set lots and of all verification activities, either those with positive or negative result.

The unit comes with audio-visual alarm systems also, designed to monitor and provide audible and visible alert to either right or wrong performances and to highlight the absence of air. In addition, an on/off pneumatic valve for the compressed air has been added, to prevent further errors during the process and consequently to provide greater safety.

The Basic system works with RIV938, RIV939 and RIV941 tool for rivet nuts, and with RIV502, RIV503, RIV504, RIV505 tools for blind rivets.

There is also the wireless versions of the unit, which is equipped with LAN and wireless connections to a PC, which can itself control multiple modules simultaneously.
