Rivbu rivets are compression rivets ideal for use on materials with minimal thickness for applications that also require high-strength assemblies, such as thin back sheet materials.
They are characterised by a special deformation of the mandrel, which deforms under compression and forms a wide counter head on the riveted material. It is this deformation that ensures a wide bore diameter tolerance and high shear and tensile strengths.
