Workbench with wheels and shearing machine

The workbench with shearing machine combines quality and professionalism with the practicality required to operate in the workshop as well as on the construction site.

Rivit presents the new workbench equipped with a shearing machine that allows the sheet metal working and the coils cutting, combining professionalism with the practicality required to operate both in the workshop and on the construction site.

The Rivit workbench is a comfortable and practical wheeled table, easily movable; the bench dimensions are 2000 x 1000 x 900 mm and its height can be adjusted between 700 and 1200mm. It is also equipped with a built-in 2m long ruler.

The workbench has been designed to house a manual shearing machine, which can be fixed to one end of the bench, allowing you to cut sheet metal strips with a maximum width of 1000mm.

The shearing machine can cut steel sheets up to 10/10 and stainless steel ones up to 5/10; its dimensions are 1270 x 500 x H 390 mm and it weighs 36 kg. The total weight of a workbench with the shearing machine is 130 kg.

It is equipped with a removable crank with both right and left hand operation, and the block of the sheet metal shearing machine is rubberized.

To hold sheet metal reels Rivit offers a wide range of decoilers for different types of needs.

In particular, the reel holders for sheets supporting max 10 quintals can house coils with a maximum width from 670mm to 1250mm.

They feature a minimum opening of 280mm and a maximum one of 550mm; on request they can be made for coils with a width of 1500-1700-1800.

This reel holder model can be used to house the coils that will then be introduced into the shearing machine.
