RIV949-Vertical hydropneumatic tool for rivet nuts M3-M10 RIV949

The hydropneumatic tool RIV949 is used to place Rivsert female rivet nuts, from M3 to M12, and Rivbolt male rivet nuts, from M4 to M10.
RIV949 to place rivet nut using two system of adjustment in just one tool: force and stroke.
Automatic screwing by positioning the tie rod in the rivet nut, 1 PHASE rivet nut deformation and unscrewing.
In order to avoid the use of a special rod, a system has been designed to lodge an allen screw (hardness class 12.9), easy to find on the market and replace.
This innovative technical device makes vertical down application quicker and fatigue-proof as it can be hang on a balancer.
The tool is supplied in a plastic case without the frontal head kit.
Choose the correct one, according to the fastener to be placed, and order it separately.
If the tensile strength declared is not sufficient, the booster can be customized according to the product needs.
