RIV998-Hydrop. tool for rivet nuts in a box with tie rod and heads from M3 to M12 RIV998

The hydropneumatic tool RIV998 (2 phases) is used to place Rivsert female rivet nuts in aluminium and steel from M3 to M12 (stainless steel up to M10), and Rivbolt male rivet nuts from M4 to M8.

Automatic screwing by positioning the tie rod in the rivet nut, 1 PHASE rivet nut deformation – 2 PHASE rivet nut unscrewing.
The hydropneumatic system and the mechanical components used in the inside structure of the tool, when compared with other models, result to be much more reliable. A tool feature is a reduction of the problems caused by the wear and tear of the components, and, consequently, the tool will last much longer and work better.
The technical solutions adopted reduce the dimensions and the weight of the RIV998, which results to be a very handy tool.

The tool is supplied in a plastic case complete with tie rods and heads from M3 to M10 (M12 on request).
